Disability Support Grounded in Dignity
At Elle & Dan Consulting, we are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred disability support services that uphold the values of inclusion, dignity, and authentic human connection. As Insightful Partners, we walk alongside individuals, families and key stakeholders —creating support environments that honour rhythm, individuality, and potential.
Behaviour Support & Skill Development
Our practitioners design personalised plans that enhance daily living skills and emotional wellbeing.
Community Access & Inclusion
We create tailored programs to boost social participation, community engagement, and life skills.
In-Home & Respite Support
Compassionate in-home services and respite care options that respect your routine and family needs.
Inspired by the human-centred philosophy of Rudolf Steiner, our model recognises each person as a unified whole—body, soul, and spirit—and places strong emphasis on relational support, natural rhythm, and inner wellbeing. Headquartered in Launceston, we serve participants across northern and north-west Tasmania—offering services that are personalised, responsive, and aligned with NDIS best practice. We are currently in the process of securing NDIS registration—a rigorous journey that reflects our commitment to quality, compliance, and best-practice care. In the interim, we operate in line with NDIS Practice Standards and uphold the same principles of accountability and service integrity, offering services that are both personalised and deeply attuned.
Our work is not simply about service delivery—it is about enabling individuals to live lives of purpose, balance, and meaning, supported with integrity, care, and joy.
Our services, infused with this holistic approach, include:

A space for rest, rejuvenation, and rhythm.
We provide calm, nurturing environments for respite—designed to support the natural rhythms and wellbeing of each participant. STA is a safe space for pause and renewal, offering both practical support and emotional comfort to individuals and their families.

Connection, confidence, and choice.
We facilitate meaningful engagement with community, nature, and culture. Whether it’s participating in social activities, exploring creative interests, or enjoying the natural Tasmanian environment, we support each individual to move at their own pace—building capacity for inclusion and authentic self-expression.

Care within the familiarity of home.
Our in-home services are grounded in respect, routine, and personhood. We support daily living tasks with warmth and professionalism, creating a sense of stability, trust, and quiet empowerment in the personal domain of each participant.

Confidence through capability
Our life skills programs are designed to build everyday independence—from personal care and communication to budgeting, travel training, and vocational preparation. We focus on nurturing practical competence and long-term confidence through thoughtful, participant-led approaches.

Trauma-informed care, guided with empathy.
Our recovery coaches support individuals living with psychosocial disability to navigate their mental health journeys with resilience. We provide culturally sensitive, strengths-based coaching that encourages self-determination, balance, and connection between inner experience and external life.

Stability, care, and belonging.
We collaborate to identify and sustain long-term living environments that honour the rhythm and health of each individual’s life. Our services integrate with daily life in a way that is seamless, respectful, and person-focused.
Empowering Lives, Enabling Independence
We partner with participants and families to co-design meaningful support—guided by Steiner-informed values and best-practice frameworks.
Our Philosophy in Practice
We believe that healing, growth, and capability emerge from environments that respect inner rhythm, natural connection, and developmental dignity. Guided by Steiner-inspired values and delivered with deep local care, our disability support services reflect not only best practice—but whole-person practice.
Whether it’s through the steady presence of a support worker, a gentle walk through bushland, or the structure of a predictable day—we support individuals to live with purpose, autonomy, and joy.
